Reflexology
Nadine is a fully insured, level 5 practitioner who's aim is to provide the best bespoke treatment tailored to your needs. Nadine can offer any of the four existing reflexology treatments (foot, face, ear and hand reflexology).
Reflexology much more than a simple massage, a clinical reflexology treatment is a therapeutic practice based on the fact that each area of feet, face, ears and hands refers to a part of the body. The goal of reflexology is to facilitate and accelerate self-regulation and homeostasis, the body's self-healing power, acting on both the mind and the body.
Reflexology offers many benefits. Reflexology should complement, not replace, medical treatment.
